Reeves Gouache Paint Set is a versatile collection of opaque water-based paints designed for artists, students, beginners, illustrators and creative hobbyists.
Unlike traditional transparent watercolour, gouache provides strong, opaque colour coverage while retaining the convenience and versatility of a water-based paint. The colours can be used at a thicker consistency for bold, solid areas or mixed with water to create softer applications and different painting effects.
The strong opaque colours and versatility of gouache make it particularly suitable for illustration, graphic artwork, posters, design work, colour studies and general painting projects. It is also useful for learning and practising colour mixing theory.
Reeves Gouache Paints offer smooth application, vibrant colour and a characteristic matte finish, making them suitable for both detailed artwork and larger areas of colour.
Available in 12 Colour and 18 Colour sets, with each individual tube containing 12ml of gouache paint.
